IME was founded in 1972 and has gone from strength to strength as it has passed through several phases of growth, technological development and internationalization. Today it is a leading manufacturer of the following types of fractional power electric motors:

The company has three plants, covering 14,000 square metres. The electric motor manufacturing facilities consist of completely automated production lines and automatic working cell supervised by technical experts. Each component is registered and traceable at every stage, and only moves on to the next stage after being carefully tested.

Discipline, organization and cleanliness are the fundamental management rules inside the plants, where activities are carried out by highly trained staff, whose skills are updated on an ongoing basis.
